Home Search Advisors handles enquiries for Moraj Opulence and shares them with the authorised Moraj sales team. Standard forms collect your name and Indian mobile number; the automated chat collects your mobile number and selected enquiry topic. We also record the request time, page, campaign identifiers, referring page and device context to respond to your request, prevent duplicate delivery and assess advertising performance. Submitting an enquiry authorises project-related follow-up; the chat is an automated enquiry assistant, not a live representative.

Advertising And Analytics

Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics and configured advertising measurement without a cookie-consent popup. Google technologies may use cookies, click identifiers and device information to measure visits, engagement and enquiries. Names and mobile numbers are not included in our Google Analytics events or data-layer events. If Meta measurement is enabled, Meta may receive hashed mobile identifiers, advertising-cookie identifiers, IP address and browser information to match and deduplicate lead events. Hashing does not make personal data anonymous. Google and Meta process measurement data under their own privacy policies.

Sharing And Retention

Neon Postgres stores random request identifiers, delivery receipts and hashed rate-limit identifiers to coordinate retries and limit abuse. It does not receive the name or mobile-number fields from your enquiry. Request coordination records expire after 30 days; rate-limit counters expire after 10 minutes. Expired coordination records are removed during subsequent enquiry activity.

Enquiries are stored in a private Google workbook, accessible to authorised Home Search Advisors and Moraj personnel. Vercel hosts the website; Google supplies storage and measurement services. Enquiries are not publicly displayed. Our intended retention period for unconverted enquiries is 12 months, with earlier deletion on an accepted request unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Deletion is managed by the team rather than automatically scheduled.

Browser privacy settings and cookie controls can restrict measurement storage. Withdrawing follow-up permission does not require submitting another lead form.
